3. In the present scenario, Langley Manson Health (LMH) developed aggressive facilities to implement a bed replacement hospital for the Langley Medical center. They tried for the implementation of the goals such as empowerment of the physicians and the nurses and as well as tried for the quality improvement measures. They tried the wide development of health information technology through the implementation of the EHR system. During the implementation of the process, they suggested the CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry) with decision support capabilities. The project is developed with a fully automated pharmacy information system and as well as innovations in the technology thus replacing the older technology and as well as computerized discharge prescriptions. Through the project they implemented the selection of the smart IV pumps to replace the ageing pumps thus reduce the workload for the nurses and thus helps in the reduction of the medication errors.

The main issues faced by the project is the problem with the funding and the cost and as well as delay in the implementation of the project and the issues with the implementation of the health information technology and the empowerment of the staff.

This can be solved by planning a meeting with the chief members of the committee and take an adequate decision and as well as the effective implementation of the health IT and manage the cost in the next fiscal year.
