Answer #1

Stakeholders are individuals or organisations which have an interest in the business of the firm. These may be internal or external to the organisation. These include employees management and owners of the business.

For a non profit organisation the stakeholders which are different from a profit organisation are volunteers who are the people who have given their services for the business. Beneficiaries of the business who are the people who benefit from the functioning of a non-profit organisation are the other stakeholders. In case of a profit organisation these are the customers of the business. Donors and grant givers such as trusts and funds which provide finance to the non profit organisation are also stakeholders.
