The managerial roles that are likely to be of the most value to
individual Goodwill stores are most likely employee and innovation
management. Employee management is of value to this company because
it is apart of their mission to do good for the employees, who are
members of the community. This relates to the third part of the
P-O-L-C Framework. A manager would have to effectively lead by
learning about thesubordinates and would then have to assign the
best task for them. Innovation management is important because it
is how the business stays up to date with new trends and
technology. It is one of the key elements to maintain a successful
business like Goodwill.
