Answer #1

Entity-relationship diagram deals with database and represents the data in the structured form in the system and shows their relationship. The workflow consists of the entity, attributes, and relationship. Entity is the collection and storage of information in the system to remember. attributes are the element or characteristic that describe the entity and the relationship is the connection between the entities.

Sample database system to keep track of patients, doctors, and drug prescribers.

PATIENT BE TREATED BY PHYSICIAN PRESCRIBEID By TAKEN 3y HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED PRESCRIPTION HAVE BEEN APPEAR DRUG

This ERD model represents the relation between the physician, prescription, drug, and patient. always the entities should be in singular form. This will be implemented as a database in the system to get work done as by it.
