MURDER : Murder means killing of a person with instances of having personal grudges, professional grudges, robbery/theft, property problems, marital issues, and so on. Murder is a crime where a person attempted for murder will not have any mercy before law. Government is strict in these cases where it will strictly punish the culprits who did murder. For a life long time the person is thrown behind the bars, and in some instances he/she will be hanged according to the courts judgement.
EUTHANASIA: The word euthanasia derives from Greek word which means "Good Death". Euthanasia is defined as ending of ones own life which is requested by patient to the doctor. In ancient days euthanasia is believed that leaving the soul of person who is in pain and sufferings. Most of the countries are against this practice, but some countries accept this practice as a part of medical practice.
Euthanasia is mainly classifies into three types. They are
1.Voluntary euthanasia : In this type patient voluntarily accepts death without any force or pressure from him/her self, family. It is legal in all countries.
2.INVOLUNTARY EUTHANASIA : This type of euthanasia is illegal in all countries, where a doctor makes a patient to die without taking consent from him or against the patient will for dying. This type is considered against the law and strict punishments are going to perform.
3. NON VOLUNTARY EUTHANASIA : This type is also illegal where the dying process is performed in absence of patients consent. Strict prohibition is made on the side of government for these kind of actions. It is called forced suicide or forced murder.
When comparing murder and euthanasia both are having some similar properties. In murder cases it is against the law and strict punishments are available to the culprits. While coming to euthanasia except voluntary euthanasia remaining all classifications are not acceptable by the government or by the society. According to reality dying is a painful process, where nobody accepts it normally. In such instances where peaceful death is asking by the patient it is going to accept in the society.
