All the mentioned drugs are used in the mrsa soft tissue infection according to the line of treatment.

First line treatment: vancomycin

Second line treatmemt: daptomycin

Third line treatment : zyvox

Fourth line treatment : tigecycline

Fifthline treatment: quinipristin and dalphopristin

Thus trimethoprim is also drug used but the zyviz is the best alternative though it is costly.
