the nurse think that's diana's bladder is full because of distended bladder of diana that can lead to a lot of uterine bleeding that why she is doing so.distended bladder means uterine holding power of bladder is less its leads to  so unable to void normally.it is because of loss motor power in bladder muscle that unable to detect pressure in the bladder by urine.
