The resources which are commonly used to gain knowledge about the disease conditions are books,guides,online resources,DVD,media, magazines etc., .This often gives idea of how to manage the disease effectively and what precautions to be taken to prevent symptoms ,when to get medical help ,etc.,

The support service are a group which focuses on clarifying the doubts of patient ,allowing patients to share their experience about their disease condition,etc., Some of the widely used support services are

• The Health consumer council
• Connect groups
• Cancer council
