a. Psychiatric crisis refers to a person who is mentally disturbed who is in a situation to harm self or others .Severe depression, mood disorder, stress,violence can aggravate one's psychological status and making them unaware of what they do in those situation landing up in self harm or others
b.A social support services are one which is offered to an individual or family by friends,peers,community or society, social workers,health-care professionals to recover from a problem.For example if a family member suffers drug or substance abuse, any mental health problem, chronic health conditions a social support can always provide emotional support to stay healthy by preventing loneliness isolation.
c.A grown up child,teens,adults who have suffered a child abuse and experiencing the symptoms which can affect their personal and social life are in need of a hotline number to relieve their stress.For example PTSD Helpline can provide psychological support to the individuals who suffer its symptoms and lead a quality life.
d.A person who are suffering a drug abuse,substance abuse ,alcoholic,use of tobacco and its related products.These victims are instructed for a 12 step visit to get relieved from their addiction or dependence.
