1. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY : Information technology is defined as usage of computers and telecommunications for the purpose of storing, sending, retrieve information. The technology is used for data distribution using of computer software and networks of telecommunications. In the shortcut form Information Technology is known as IT. The technology is widely used by all the personnel every where in the globe and making advancements in their respective fields of work.

2. USES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY : Information technology is used in different ways and in different terms of usages. Information technology is used in the departments of education, telecommunication, internet, banking services, electronic services like bio metrics, internet banking, schools and college education, crime branches to make the services easily available to people to reduce wasting of time and to explore a wide range of internet access, portals for fast working speeds.

3. All the persons can get access to information technology and can use the benefits of technology. From education department to up to external affairs ministries of the world can use this technology. Internet makes life easier without spending more time on paper works. In this usage of technology normal persons can access the general internet services and their benefits, but the other organizations like business, industries, government sectors people are having the private access in recording, using, maintenance of data in a private way hiding from the normal public.

4. BENEFITS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY : The benefits of information technology are as follows:

* Reducing of the social gaps and differences in the society

* Development of various apps like email, video calls, voice calls, messaging apps to reduce wastage of precious time
