So they mainly recruit young college graduate student and they just provide them minimal training for their job thus it all means that staffs are even not getting the skill set that is required for the efficient job and it simply shows that the travel agency is not serious about the future job growth of their employee so definitely people who are joining there initially because of their excitement but eventually when they come to know about that they don't that have any future job growth in this sector it will demotivate them and they start searching for some other job, it will definitely affect their work as well because they are not happy with their job thus it can also somehow affect the consumer as well, so by looking at the current situation of the employee at travel agency I think there is a need to provide the basic training so that at least they can get a job somewhere even outside this cruise if they want, apart from it these training will help them in boosting their self-confidence in workplace. even the staff at the administrative level are not satisfied with their growth and job perspective which shows that the travel agency has not been able to maintain a fair administration policy for their staff and that's why even there is a decrease in the application for new recruitment, it is also because now students are becoming more job oriented rather than just grabbing the opportunity they have.

I think it's better to recruit college graduate student rather than any other one because these college students are young and they can learn skills required for sustaining in the sector very quickly thus the only thing that has to be done is to look on their future career prospects and it can be taken care by providing them proper training so that they remain motivated regarding their work and about their future.
