Her medical history is unremarkable, although she reports that she has not had a mammogram. She takes no prescription medications.

How much time earlier did you know about. This palpable mass ?

Did it pain or any irritation on the area around it ?

The physical examination of breast should be done

The mass should be palpated

And the diagnosis can be

Cancerous lumps. A breast cancer lump or tumor usually feels hard or firm. It typically has an irregular shape, and it may feel as if it is stuck to the skin or deep tissue within the breast. Breast cancer is not usually painful, especially in the early stages
