Solution:

A) Heat of neutralizayltion reaction (Qrxn) depends upon the number of reacting H+ and OH- ions.On doubling the volume of both HCl and NaOH, doubles the number of H+ and OH- ions, hence, Qrxn will be doubled.

B) Enthalpy change (ΔH) of neutralization reaction does not depends upon the volume, it depends upon the concentration, hence it is unchanged on doubling the volume of HCl and NaOH.

C) Qrxn is same because number of H+ ion is same, hence on doubling the volume only increases OH- ions. Therefore, number of reacting ions ( H+ and OH-) will be same.

D) ΔT will decreases.

Because number of reacting ions (H+ and OH-) are same, hence they produces constant heat but on douling the volume causes increase in the total volume. Hence, temperature of solution will be lower.
