  • At least three ways in which the government directly impants our lifes are as below
  1. Simply, legally owning your own house is a luxury from the government so there is not riots and your house does not get taken from you.
  2. Food and Drug Administration tests your medication and makes sure its safe and effective.
  3. The government provides things like medicare so you do not have to pay for all of your hospital stay and it also made family and medical leave act so that you can get off of work without using sick days and not get fired.
  4. City Water Department cleans your water so that the water is safe for to drink.
  • The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution provide the ideological foundations for the democratic government of United States, the main key points were as below
  1. The Declaration of Independence an the Constitution are documents that provide the ideological foundations for the democratic government of the United States.
  2. The Declaration of Independence provides a foundations for the concept of popular sovereignty, the idea that the government exists to serve the people, who elect representatives to express their will.
  3. The US Constitution outlines the blueprint for the US governmental system, which strives to balance individual liberty with public order.
  • Through publically agreed laws that correspond to a common set of public restrictions, the ‘people as a sovereign body’ serves to protect against violations of individual liberty and despotic power. Where no such common body exists, individuals are deprived of this protection. In such cases, individuals must obey without liberty, while those in power command under a state of license.
