Answer #1

In case of the employment contract, the target will be to provide professional development program for the agreed contract period. Since Theresa will be playing this role only for summer breaks, her instinct mind and professional attitude might persuade her to primarily focus on completing the contract period with ease. As it will be a short term contract, not much future benefit can arise to her side. This will hamper the quality of the service rendered by her. In a consulting arrangement, the main objective and goal will be to develop and mentor professionals. Here the focus will be the quality as the target will be based on parameters like feedback, improvements, developments, etc. This approach will be more beneficial to the consulting firm. The professional will receive better consulting from her.
