1. This is the example of electrophilic addition of chlorine on triple bonds with taking 2 mol of Cl2.

2. Chlorine molecule is polarised by triple bond and cleaved to form cyclic chlorocyclopropenyl cation (double bond) with removal of chloride ion.

3. Cl- ion attacks from back to form trans- product.

4. Again chlorine molecule is polarised by double bond and cleaved to form cyclic chlorocyclopropanyl cation with removal of chloride ion.

5. Cl- ion attacks from back to form tetra chloro alkane.

Hence in both Cl- is the correct option.
