Original ingredients Revised copy ingredients Benefits
1 cup of penne pasta 1 cup of whole grain pasta whole-grain pasta low in calories and rich in fibers and nutrients.
1 teaspoon oil 1/2 teaspoon oil Reduction of oil reduce the fat and add any type of sauce.
1 tablespoon of maida 1/2 tablespoon of maida and 1/2 tablespoon of whole wheat flour. whole wheat flour increases the fiber content.
eggs or chicken 150gm Use of carrot, broccoli, capsicum 150gm. To reduce the saturated fat in the eggs and to increase the vitamin content.
1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of salt To reduce the sodium content.
1 cup of milk 1 cup of fat-free milk To reduce the fat.
1/2 teaspoon of pasta seasonings 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, dried oregano To reduce the calorie content.
1 1/2 teaspoon of butter use 1 teaspoon of olive oil olive oil is good for heart compared to butter
water 4 - 5 cups water 4-5 cups -

The original recipe is cooked by using the method of frying. But in the revised copy the pasta was boiled and remove excess water, In a nonstick pan with minimum olive oil added the boiled vegetables, then the whole wheat flour, salt, and fat-free milk are added and stirred well. black pepper powder, dried Orengo is added and finally, the boiled pasta is added and mixed well. In the revised copy, the boiling method of cooking is followed. The use of nonstick cookware further reduced the number of calories and fat. The revised copy of a recipe shows a reduction in 100 calories, 8 grams of fat, 40 mg of sodium, 28 mg of cholesterol.
