• Gender difference are not easily acceptable in certain race and culture where the patients always prefers same gender services
• In certain culture the male are the dominant person where healthcare decision are made only by them and it is a responsibility to inform them to prevent any misunderstanding. The diagnosis, treatment are to be informed to this family elder and they have to convey  to the patient
• When the decision is made by a group rather than a patient with the collaboration with the religious leaders
• If patient speaks their native language and are not aware of conveying their needs and nurses when are not knowledgeable on multilingual and multicultural aspects will lead to communication barrier interrupting the continuity of care
• While doing procedures there can be difficulty in making patient comfortable and accepting because it will be against their culture and practices like vaccinations, blood transfusion, etc.,
