Introduction-
Pie charts are one of the most useful ways to depict your idea more simply and compactly. They would reflect the contribution of each factor in the whole.
How to create a Pie chart?
Step1 – Prepare the data on which you would apply the pie chart.
Step 2 – Select the table and Go to the Insert option to create a 2D pie chart or any other pie chart you want.
Step 3 – Once you click on the pie chart, the chart would pop up automatically with the desired formatting options.
Step 4- You can change the colour scheme, or the data, or the design of the chart, to make it look more discernible.
Create a Line Chart
Line charts are useful when we want to show the continuous flow of data over time, benchmarked against the common scale and is helpful when one wants to show the movement of data consistently.
How to create a line chart?
Step 1 – Select the data and go to Insert Option in the bar. Click on the Recommended Charts option.
Step 2 – Go to All Charts tab and from there select the Line chart option. Select the best suitable line chart.
Step 3- Finally the chart would appear on your screen and make whatever changes you want to make as per your specifications.
Step 4 – From this, we can easily conclude the highest sales and the lowest sales of the gadgets.
