When we think of the success of the healthcare organization, we should consider the idea of collaboration, joint efforts, or partnerships, and we must always keep in mind the players involved as well as the pros and cons of organizational unification. Just as every person on Earth develops his/her beliefs based on a system of core values, every organization also develops and promotes its’ own corporate values, objectives, strategies, and ethical standards. These facts present a reality that establishing relationships between two or more people as well as two or more organizations may present both similar challenges and outcomes. For example, if we were to witness two or more persons who have different cultural values and beliefs attempt to unite to achieve a common goal, we may see the same or a similar result if we were to witness two or more companies with different corporate goals, values, and ethical standards attempt to merge and form a partnership in the hopes of achieving a certain goal.

More generally, research in organizational behavior has tended to ignore the theoretical and methodological significance of context in the examination of work attitudes and outcomes (Johns, 2006).
