Some of the requirements which has to be seeked in a new hire before recruiting then are

  • Their passion towards the job and the organization
  • Their ability to be a long term employee with the organization
  • Their potentiality to work for
  • Their interest and dedications to the job
  • Being accountable and responsible for their actions
  • Working towards progress and for better prospectus

Some of the red flags that would make to avoid candidates are

  • Their poor thoughts and attitudes towards the job
  • Money minded than professionalism
  • More stubborn and fixed in the perks ,incentives ,compensation
  • Poor quality of work from previous professions
  • Lack of required education, knowledge, skills ,overqualified or underqualified
  • Lack of interest
  • Candidates with no goals and dedication
  • A candidate hired in video call is giving interview with a poor background or which are unprofessional
  • Latecomers
  • Not trying to establish an eye contact with the employer or the interviewer

The recruitment strategies that could be employed in order to find the qualified candidates are

  • The brand of the organization
  • The use of employee referral programs is a better option to get the right candidate getting selected
  • The job boards can be used
  • Use of social media,calls ,emails, etc ., can be used
  • Passive candidates should be the prioritized person
  • Having a short time to hire the candidates
