Answer #1

Answer - Zimbabwe is a developing economy while singapore is comparitively more developed. Merely having the natural resources does not mean that the economy will be stronger. These resources need to be converted into finished form in order to be capable of satisfying wants. This will need the use of the technology. This is the main factor which makes an economy developed and increase its productivity. Zimbabwe has comparatively lesser updated technology in terms of singapore , which leaves it behind singapore in terms of productivity although the GDP of Zimbabwe is greater but it is a country and Singapore is just a city.
