The diet supplement product which is targeted towards athletes are mainly consist of amino acids, proteins, vitamin C,E,K etc.
The product of interest I am listing below is beetroot (Beta vulgaris) belongs to amaranthaceae family.
Physiology and biochemistry: helpful in dilating blood vessels while exercising, enhance energy production by reducing intake of oxygen.
Research: Expected to reduce exhaustion while practising for the athletes who requires regular practise (runner, swimmer etc.) that ultimately will improve the performance of the players.
Expected drink quantity: can be used in salads as well as juice of 2 cups daily.
Till now intake of it is not reported with any adverse effects. The product is purely organic and not reported till now with any ban information.
Recommending this supplement will be surely my first choice as it's gonna improve the hemoglobin count due to it's beneficial properties.
