Unit product cost = Variable manufacturing costs + Fixed manufacturing cost per unit = $9 + ($60,000/10000) = $15 per unit

Net income = Sales - Cost of goods sold - (Variable selling and administrative expenses + Fixed selling and administrative expense)

= (8500*$45) - (8500*$15) - (8500*$2 + $220,000)

= $18,000

Hence 4th option is correct.
