According to Edgar Schein model of organisation culture, there are three levels in an organized culture. Artifacts It is very easily viewed, heard and felt by individuals. These include the employee's dress code, behaviour, office's furniture mission and vision etc. These are major inputs for deciding the culture of the organization. Values These two play an important role in determining the culture of the organization for example, suppose the organization chas more neumber of female workers, this would mean that dganization might not have late sitting time, so, as its keep safety of women in mind. Assumed values These can't be measured but sure does make a difference in work culture. These mainly include the Inner aspect of human nature like the attitude of empbyees towards each other and towards the compwork.
