Mrs. Smith states, “It is hard for me to determine exactly how much exercise I get doing my usual activities.” She also expresses feelings of overwhelming stress and excessive demands on her time. Which interventions do you suggest to Mrs. Smith to help assess her current level of exercise? 2. Recognizing the challenges Mrs. Smith has voiced in balancing the excessive demands on her time and incorporating an exercise program. Develop some strategies to help initiate and maintain daily exercise. 3. Develop a feedback method for Mrs. Smith, emphasizing her success in exercise and maintaining a healthy weight.

1. First of all measure the BMI of Mrs. Smith's weight and height , then determine the physical activity to be done by her. After taking the measurements , check whether the weight is appropriate to height and then calculate the physical activity to be done everyday by Mrs. Smith according to the BMI and needs . Then advices her how to use her time for exercise on regular basis for example assigning 6am to 7am in the morning and evening 6 pm to 7.30 pm .

2. Strategies to initiate and maintain daily exercise are :-

- fix a time everyday for exercise

- develop internal motivation like dedication etc to do exercise

- teaching the importance of doing exercise like improves person ality ,confidence ,keeps the individual energetic etc

- use of music along with doing exercise to enjoy doing it .

- exercise helps to maintain a stable weight and keeps the body in shape

- join an aerobic ,gym for constant exercise without delay.

3. A feedback method for Mrs. Smith will include the following :-

- determine the weight lost

- conduct a health checkup

- did the patient is able to do the exercise regularly

- is she feeling more confident , energetic and improvement in personality than before.

- does she had any problem while doing the exercise.

- is she doing to the exercise at home or in gym .
