Current Ratio=(Current Assets/Current Liabilities)

=($190,000/$100,000)

=1.9 : 1

(b) Working Capital:-

Working Capital=(Current Assets - Current Liabilities)

=($190,000-$100,000)

=$90,000

(c) Earnings per Share:-

Earnings per Share=(Net Income - Dividends paid)/Average common shares outstanding

=($21,000-$5,000)/$10,000

=($16,000/$10,000)

=$1.6

(d) Debts to Assets Ratio:-

Debt to Assets Ratio=(Total Liabilities/Total Assets)×100

=($126,000/$210,000)×100

=60%

(e) Free Cash Flow:-

Free Cash Flow=(Cash provided by Operating Activities - Capital Expenditures)

=($32,000-$20,000)

=$12,000
