Answer #1

a. The cash flow statement is a statement which is divided in three activities i.e. cash flow from operating activities, cash flow from investing activities and cash flow from financing activities. After preparing all these cash flows, it adds up the opening cash balance and by doing this the closing cash balance arrives.

By applying this principle the correct answer is option B

b. The transactions relating to the changes in net working capital arrives in net cash flow operating activities. A decrease in current asset leads to increase in cash flow from operating activities and an increase in current assets leads to decrease in cash flow from operating activities.

So the correct answer is option c .
