Consider the following table shows the productivity of Blahnik and Gobbledigook.

Initially, the numbers of tools per worker was higher in Blahnik than in Gobbledigook. From 2022 to 2052, capital per worker rise by 5 units in each country. The 5 unit change in capital per worker causes productivity in Blahnik to rise by “smaller” amount than productivity in Gobbledigook.

This illustrate the “Marginal Diminishing” effect.
