Here providers are the staffs who provide healthcare services . There is a hike difference between participation and non - participation . Participation means taking part into and non -participation means not taking part into . The healthcare staffs those who participate in healthcare activities , new initiatives ,and implementations they are called participating providers and those who don't participate in such activities they are called non - participating providers.

The providers who participate in activities such as new initiatives , implementation based on evidence etc are able to provide an effective healthcare services which are beneficial for the patients as it helps for their early recovery . Also initiatives by health care provider help to evolve and make amendments in the pre existing healthcare plans to make it more efficient and also the consumers get evidence based care which is accessible and affordable in nature .

While with those healthcare providers who are non - participating kind of does not bring any new evolution or amendments in the healthcare practise and also won't help the consumers for their early recovery .
