First of all i will analyse the different dept and try to understand what actually is needed within the dept. After that i will take meetings of each dept and will ask about the requirements and the things that are actually needed. For the things like copy machines it is not required for an individual so one or two copy machine per dept is essential rather than providing it to an individual separately. SImilarly for other things i will first analyze and come to the decision whether it is needed or not and look for an alternative . For the things i require , i will check the cheapest product available in the market and i will install it .
As there are different dept , the objectives will always be different and yes there will be conflict as well. For example: Quality engineers will focus on the quality of product , and sales and marketing dept will sell it. The aim of the sales and marketing will be tp convince consumer in any of the way and sell it to them . The conflicts here can be if sells are not done properly both dept will blame each other so this might be a conflict.
Some of the equipments like water cooler is must within the premises. It must be located in such place where it is easy for all to reach.
Before installation of the equipments notice telling everything that is going to be installed and at what place will be declared and anyone having problem and alternatives should come to me will be published.
i will take regular meetings to see the need of the company and will come to conclusion about the new equipments to be installed.

The company's manufacturing facility incurs two significant overhead costs: employee fringe...
Problem 7. Unit Analysis and Engineering Design You have been hired to analyze the university's water usage. Much of the water used on campus goes toward irrigation. The only athletic field at Angelo State that requires irrigation is the soccer field. The daily irrigation demand, D in gal/day, can be calculated as ET,x F,x Ax0.62 D- E Where D-demand in gal/day ETo-Evapotranspiration factor (0.23 in San Angelo) Fp= Plant factor (ranges from 0.3 to 1.0 depending on type of plants...

The president wants our thoughts on how to improve our product security. In addition to the main shredder in the...
Sean Fitzpatrick manages the Peoria plant of Garcia Manufacturing. A representative of Darien Engineering approaches Fitzpatrick about replacing a large piece of manufacturing equipment that Garcia uses in its process with a more efficient model. While the representative made some compelling arguments in favor of replacing the 3-year-old equipment, Fitzpatrick is hesitant. Fitzpatrick is hoping to be promoted next year to manager of the larger Detroit plant, and he knows that the accrual-basis net operating income of the Peoria plant...
Automotive Products (AP) designs and produces automotive parts. In 2017, actual manufacturing overhead is $317,250. AP's simple costing system allocates manufacturing overhead to its three customers based on machine-hours and prices its contracts based on full costs. One of its customers has regularly complained of being charged noncompetitive prices, so AP's controller Declan Donahue realizes that it is time to examine the consumption of overhead resources more closely. He knows that there are three main departments that consume overhead resources:...
You are an expatriate manager at a manufacturing facility in Asia on your first assignment abroad. You are aware of increasing concern among your employees (mostly young women) about wages that barely permit them to live at subsistence level. The plant is not unionized, and you know that your superiors in your home country are not particularly supportive of efforts to organize workers. You also know that if workers vote to form a union and then demand higher wages, headquarters...
