Safety should be first for delegating the task. To delegate tasks in nursing, it should be the right task, right circumstances, right person, right supervision and direction and communication. It needs sufficient knowledge, skills, and judgment to accept delegation. Delegate task should be refused by support workers in the hospital
-when tasks are time-consuming and not completed
-Task for which you are not responsible to do that work
-Delegating function to other people and failure to exercise supervision.
-Against for rules and regulations and to report violations
-When there is no disciplinary action confirmed
-When the work assignment support workers not competent to do it completely.
-Losing confidential matters and malpractice action
-when a license to practicing is not recommended.
- when there is a fine for violation up to $5000.
