Human rights are entitlements that states have agreed to grant all their citizens. They are common for all countries we need to treat their illness in timely manner before those getting complicated. The countries mutually responsible for health is care important it must give a priority above all those things in all kind of organization private and government need feel their responsibility of patient concern instead of refusing providing patient care it’s happening mostly in private sector due financial concerns of the patient, this must be avoid

This is special importance in relation to needs of developing countries with shortage health care resources and in mostly urban area all resources are gathered in one developed area and neglecting urban area people’s health due to shortage of heath care workers resources to fulfill the social, economic and cultural rights such as” the right to health”

When overarching principles of human rights programming are used in dialogue and planning for health co-operation it will affect the respect of dignity and rights of individual also outside the health field
