a as first , we have to give Fowler's position in a bed , as she can breathe easily , without any pain. We have to check - oxygen saturation with spo2 machine. If it's find below oxygen saturation level less than 95, than apply nasal cannula as per MD order, as if she relax , than go for temperature monitor . And talk to patient about her condition

b. We have to ask following questions about cough

1 . From how many day cough persistet or starts ?

2. What type of cough it's is dry or wet ?

3. When did cough starts ?

4 cough contain any mucus if what is color of cough ?

5. Is any medical condition related to cough

6 is patient smoke ?

C. Following type of questions ask about the fever ?

1 fever arise from how many days ?

2 which type of fever low grade or high grade ?

3 is any rigor or chills present with fever ?

4 is take any medicine for fever ?

5 duration of fever ?

d . Following questions ask about pain

1. When pain starts ?

2. Is pain related to cough ?

3 , is pain relive while take rest in Fowler's position ?

e first we have to give her comfortable position and to provide technique to relax

- explain about cause of fever , like it may be related cough or infection or it may due to weather conditions

- check all parameter and explain about each reult like if fever fever - how much and explain , what measure as we taken to reduce , oxygen saturation level - if you apply nasal prongs , explain about that and what it did.

- while providing medication and nebulization , explain about action and how it works
