10.Things which are accountable for patient inspiratory related behavior are Continuous NG tube suctioning,coughing and deep breathing exercises every two hourly , Incentive spirometry ever two hourly and ambulation of the client.These activities makes the client breathing better.

11,1).Monitoring the breathing pattern and vital signs of the client.(observe breath rate,breath sounds).

2).provide chest physiotherapy.

3).Make client to perform deep breathing exercises and coughing exercises.

4).Provide steam inhalation to the client.

5).Provide suctioning if needed by the client.

These five nursing interventions promote the breathing and prevent the lung complications after abdominal surgery.

12.1).Patient pooled sputum got mobilized.

2).It gives better airway clearance.

3).It helps to ease the breathing pattern of the client .

4).It promotes better lung expansion and lung function thus prevent the lung complications.

It makes the client recovery faster.

13.She undergone the surgery cholecystectomy.the abdominal surgery makes much pain.Because of the pain the client will not breath completely.This sequence of incomplete breathing not provide oxygen to the lungs.The parts of alveoli not get enough oxygen then it results in atelectasis , where the inhaled oxygen gets trapped inside.This cause alveolar damage .To avoid this all lung complications the interventions are taken.

14.Gall bladder is the part where the bile gets stored.so when fat food is taken these bile will digest the fat substance in the food.Bile aids in the digestion of fatty foods.Now after removal of gall bladder the bile is not stored .so the body is not having enough bile to digest the fatty foods.Even then if taking the body has no bile to digest the fat it cause bloating and diarrhea.Hence it is necessary to low-fat diet.
