1.First remove the victim from the place to a safe area to avoid further injury

2.Make her clean the eyes thoroughly with clean running water

Help her to wash the skin also

3.The protocol in spill management are

• Inform or communicate to the supervisor and alert the area of incidence occured also spill response team
• Take the victim to first aid and further care
• Take appropriate actions
• Document the incident

4.In case of ammonia exposure the symptoms are irritating eyes,skin (itchy, burns ), respiratory problems(breathing difficult,cough)
