Overwhelmed with pain : just by imagining what she is going through a sense of pain arises.

3) first she tries to lie that she got hit by freeze last night.

Second the cries and tell nurse that her husband is a good person.

4) Emotion of sarah

She was acting socially withdrawn

She was also introvert by being quiet.

They was painful shy

She is also fearful and trying to hide

expression but pretty bad at it.
