• Encourage the client to have a look on the cloth thoroughly and give her feedback so that the appropriate actions can be d io ne as oer patient wish
• Educate the client about the instructions provided from the user manual to make the client understand the work is done systematically

Reason:

This is a form of mistrust by the patient on the PSW, so the PSW should instill confidence, truth ,reliability by complete explanation prior to any work to gain patient hope

• First assess the items for dust and then dust it ,after this cover it from getting dirt and inform to the client about the work done
