Answer #1

1.Establish a trustworthy relationship

This is the basis for any care ,when a patient suspects or not happy with the work done they criticize all the work of the PSW. So this can be done by having a good communication with the client

Explain the actual procedure and ensure the clothes are clean

This makes the client feel that the PSW is working as per the instructions and not wasting things (detergent)

Show the clean cloth after drying to the client to make her understand the cleaning is done appropriately

2.Clean the item in front or supervision of the client, this creates a trust

Place the things in appropriate places ,so that it does not gets dust again

Educate the client that the cleaning will be required periodically and not each time

Inform the client genuinely that doing these choirs in every visits delays the other work when the equipments are clean

3.Clean the window ,because this is the only way of entertainment for the client .

Communicate with the client to prevent the loneliness feeling of the client

Provide diversions therapy like books, magazines, musics to promote relaxation

4.Food is the basic requirement, prioritize this and do because a satisfactory meal can minimize any issues or complaints on a PSW

The first thing to be done is to help her with the personal care and make her comfortable. An hygienic living can prevent many infections

Do the household choir after this to save time
