i will try to convince her for taking proper meals by telling her the benefits of balanced diet and will ask about her likes and dislikes.

reason: may be asking the reason of not taking diet properly will help me to plan better interventions and asking about her likes and dislikes will promote her participation in meal planning that may increase the chance of her compliance to meals
