5.

Action/Response:

Develop a meal plan to meet the daily nutritious need of Mrs.Prunt. Make the presence of Mrs. prunt so that her wishes of the daily diet should be included. Include appetizer, small and frequent meals to minimize the wastage of food. Educate her about the importance of balanced nutrition.

Reason:

appetizer, patient preferences, small frequent meals help to meet the daily nutritional needs and reduce the food wastes. Health education improves the knowledge of Mrs.Prunt regarding the role of food in infection aversion, daily well-being, and reduction of chronic diseases.

3.

Action/Response:

Make Mrs. Goretz to get out of the window and to visualize the big world. The views on the window simply limit her activity. Encourage her to move around the home by giving proper assistance and support.

Reason:

Moving out of the window brings happiness and change in her life. It will improve her daily activity and minimizes health risks. Instead of this, simply cleaning the window doesn't make any changes in her activities.

1.

Action/Response:

The personal support worker must understand Mrs.Jone's needs and expectations. She needs to communicate effectively in order to build trust in Mrs.Jones. The personal support worker would say of doing the right thing hereafter rather than arguing with the person. Only effective communication will resolve the problem.

Reason:

Improper communication will lead to unnecessary criticism and argument. Establishing trust in Mrs.Jones only satisfies her with the work done.
