Answer: Organ transplantation can provide more extended life to the patient who suffers from organ failure. The court should give permission to the prisoner as it could provide good opportunity for the patient to get an organ. Because if the prisoner passes all the health examination then it is better to donate kidney to the child who is in need of it. It would extend few more years of child's life. So, the court should give permission to the prisoner for the health checkup and donation.
