It is lack of information. If a patient has excessive disability, patient is much dependent on care givers for transfer, movement and activities of daily living etc. This may cause exhaustion among care givers.

Also,it may cause financial Constraints for the family to deal with the existing disabilities and other treatment. The person needs extra help from ambulatory machines such as wheel chair, crutches etc. This will cause a Financial burden on family to buy all these things.

One of the important factor of disability is physical barriers to mobility. Many of them need an extra help from other persons or equipment.

These 3 are attributes of disability. But lack of information is not. Because, disability itself is not a reason for lack of information. Even a disabled person can be highly resourceful. Eg: -Stephen Hawking, world famous scientist who was diagnosed with motor neuron disease, suffering from almost complete paralysis. Still his contribution to the science and technology is immense. We can't say that lack of information is not an attribute of disability.
