Answer #1

The physical assistant therapist can provide care to the patient in am outpatient clinic under a supervision and guidance of a physical therapist. They donot have the direct rights to refer patient to a fitness center where they work after being discharged from the outpatient clinic. This is against the ethical conduct of the PTA and can be subjected to liability if found for guiding patient for their monetary benefits by referring to the fitness center.
