1) normal BMI is 18.5 to 24.9 and 25 to 29.9 is overweight and above 30 to 39.9 is obese .so here BMI is 31 that means patient is obese so large blood pressure cuff will be needed for accurate reading.

2) nurse should check for pulse deficit in case irregular radial pulse present. Pulse deficit is the measurement of the difference in a minute between apical pulse rate and peripheral pulse rate.

3). ( b)option is the answer According to standard precautions for changing nasal cannula like small clean procedure s a nurse does not need to wear gown ,mask,gloves .only in case of patient have drop let infection that time mask can be used
