Ans 21: obese

Body Mass Index is measure of body fat based on height and weight of an individual.BMI is categorized as underweight , normal weight , overweight and obese.

Under weight= less than 18 kg/m2

Normal weight=18.5- 24.9 kg/m2

Overweight=25-29.9 kg/m2

Obese= more than 30 kg/m2

The patient value is 37 ,therefore it comes under obese category.

Ans 22:Apical and radial pulse 82 bpm and regular

Pulse deficit is the number of pulsation over a peripheral artery or apex of the heart in a minute .Normal range is 60-80 beats per minute.

Ans 23: Hemorrhage

In hemorrhage blood is loss.Due to loss of blood ,the volume of blood is decreased that results in fall in central venous pressure and decreased cardiac filling.This causes decreased cardiac output and arterial pressure.
