• What does quality mean to different stakeholders within the health care industry (i.e. a patient, executive, clinician, insurance company or payer, etc.)? How do perceptions of quality differ among stakeholders?

Patient should get quality health care means healthcare should be affordable,in time,upto the expectation causing good to the patient without doing any harm.Patient should enjoy his/her confidentiality in diagnosed condition and autonomy at the same time in the decision making process

Executive......An executive should get quality work environment and he in return should deliver quality function

Clinician........Should deliver their expertise in a quality way. Board certification and accreditated training should be there in delivering their professional expertise And they should deliver their expertise in a quality working environment,E,g A microbiologist should work in a cap accreditated clinical lab

Health insurance is sometimes included in the employment benefit package with partial coverage or full coverage of the premium by the employer or company so that the employer can allure quality employee.

perceptions of quality among stakeholders differ according to their delivery or receipt of care .sometimes it is assumed in terms of money also .
