Motivation is a psychological process where individuals are encouraged so that they can achieve the goals and know their true potential.Managers use this to technique to encourage their employees to know their true potential.

Maslow's projection principle mainly explains that lower needs of the individual should be achieved forts so that they can achieve higher level of goals.

Maslow's explained five level of needs they are psychological,safety,social,self esteem and self actualization.

To motivate Lisa manager should give Lisa a new challenging task and assist her in it and due to this she can be confident in her work.And she should be praised for her work so that she will feel that she is important and which will increase her self esteem.
