Answer #1

16 grams(16,000 mg) of metoclopramide hydrochloride in 100 ml of the nasal spray.

Each ml of spray contains 160mg of the drug, 16,000mg + 100ml = 160mg /ml

The daily dose is 320mg. means 2ml of the drug. 320mg + 160mg = 2

One spray delivered 0.25ml so, patients need 8 sprays daily0.25ml x 8 = 2ml

The total drug is 100 ml then its need 50days to finish100ml = 2ml/day = 50days

So, that's why the patient returns after 7 weeks (49 days)
