a) 47. Given the following information on quantity consumed of caviar and total utility for Ryan Andrews, answer the following:

b) At price = $16, his satisfaction optimize when price = marginal utility.

But here we can see that he get 20 utility from the second unit while from the third unit he get only $15 utility so he will not pay more than $15. It means at $16 the optimal ounces of caviar is 2 ounces.

c) Consumer surplus = 34+4 = 38
